The Chamber and Alicante Global Group holds a conference on Hotel Investment on the Northern Costa Blanca
The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with Alicante Global Group, held the conference “Mediterranean Prime Portfolio: High-Yield Hospitality Assets in Patmore & Cala Natura (Costa Blanca North, Spain)” on Thursday, 15 October, at the Meliá Luxembourg hotel. The session, which was conducted in English, brought together professionals interested in hotel real estate investment opportunities in the Spanish Mediterranean.
During the event, Alicante Global Group exclusively presented Patmore Resort and Cala Natura Mediterranean Resort, two five-star hotel assets located on the Northern Costa Blanca, developed under a professional operating model with long-term management by leading international operators.
Throughout the session, the speakers analysed how these projects offered access to income-generating real estate assets, combining capital appreciation potential, operational efficiency, audited projected returns, and a fully delegated management structure designed to reduce the complexity typically associated with property ownership.
The conference also addressed the tax advantages associated with these types of assets, the strength of their international operators, and the role they could play within a wealth diversification strategy.
The event was aimed at private banking professionals, wealth managers, family offices, lawyers specialising in wealth planning, independent financial advisers, and private investors interested in international real estate diversification as part of their wealth management strategies.
The session concluded with a networking opportunity, allowing attendees to exchange views, share experiences, and explore new opportunities for professional collaboration.
