A luncheon-debate with Paschal Donohoe , President of the Eurogroup and Irish Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, will take place on Tuesday 14^th May between 12:30 and 14:30 organised by  Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg in the framework of its “Business Circle” tribune. The speaker will talk about “Stepping up: trend opportunities and challenges for Europe’s future”.
