A luncheon-debate with Paschal Donohoe , President of the Eurogroup and Irish Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, will take place on Tuesday 17^th October between 12:30 and 14:30 organised by  Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg in the framework of its “Business Circle” tribune.
