On Tuesday 10th December between 12:30 and 14:30, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is organising a luncheon-debate with the participation of Paschal Donohoe, President of the Eurogroup and Irish Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, in the framework of its “Business Circle” tribune.
