After more than 20 years in the financial and technology sectors in Luxembourg (RBC, Carne Group), I decided to turn my passion for personal development into my profession. I am a certified coach by the EEC in Madrid and hold a degree in International Business. In 2025, I took over as director of Otoya Consulting to help leaders and teams reach their full potential through real-world business experience.

At Otoya Consulting, we are ‘architects of change’. We specialise in coach-led training, HR consultancy and executive coaching. We work with both the public sector (Uni.lu, the State) and private banking and legal firms. What sets us apart is our ability to turn theory into action: we do not merely transfer knowledge; we facilitate sustainable behavioural change.

I decided to join to strengthen ties with the Spanish business community in the Grand Duchy. After years of running the ‘Introduction to the Luxembourg Financial Market’ programme for the Chamber, taking this step feels like a natural progression. I hope to contribute actively to networking, support emerging Spanish talent and help our member companies grow through human capital solutions.
