Applications open for the 2027 edition of “Women Who Inspire” in Luxembourg
The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is opening the call for participants in the 2027 edition of “Women Who Inspire” (Mujeres que inspiran), the mentoring programme it runs in Luxembourg to promote professional development, the exchange of experiences and networking between experienced professionals and young talent. Applications are open until Friday 11 December 2026.
The call is aimed at two profiles: mentors, experienced professionals of any gender willing to share what they have learned, and young professionals wishing to be mentored, who must be women.
As in the previous edition, the programme is structured around three in-person events in Luxembourg, whose dates will be announced as soon as possible:
- Speed mentoring: an opening event where mentors and mentees get to know each other in short conversations of around ten minutes, as the starting point for forming the mentoring pairs.
- Training session: a meeting between the matched pairs to deepen the mentoring relationship.
- Closing cocktail: a final event, open to a wider audience, to share insights and experiences and expand the professional network.
Participants commit to attending all three events in person. In addition, between the second and third sessions, each pair is encouraged to meet on their own several times to follow up on the mentoring: it is in these meetings that the relationship between mentor and mentee bears the most fruit.
Selected young proffesionals will receive a short form to indicate their areas of interest and expectations, which will help with the matching process. The programme will be held in Spanish.
Places are limited, with priority for members of the Chamber. To apply, please write to luxemburgo@e-camara.com by 11 December, stating whether you wish to take part as a mentor or as a mentee.
