Next 7th and 8th of October 2026, from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, will organise an online training on “Artificial Intelligence Tools to improve efficiency and productivity”, in collaboration with Communication Package.

Updated programme: the course content has been completely renewed to reflect the leap artificial intelligence has taken this year. The training now focuses on the new way of working with AI: moving from asking a chat questions to delegating entire tasks and receiving the finished work. Those already registered will also benefit from the new programme.

On the first day, participants will learn how to set up tasks by goals rather than by instructions, delegate work on the company’s own documents, spreadsheets and folders, and schedule complex tasks to run on their own every day or every week.

The second day is devoted to agents, the new virtual workers for companies: what an agent system is, how to build one live, step by step, how to use agents to create tailor-made tools, and how to bring these systems into the company, starting with the right processes.

This is a highly practical seminar: throughout both sessions, participants will try each tool for themselves and build their own systems.

Both sessions will be led by Olmo Romero, AI specialist with experience in applying solutions to improve productivity, automate processes, and perform data analysis.

The course will be taught in English, in online format.
