Event Details
The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with Alicante Global Group, is organising the conference “Mediterranean Prime Portfolio: High-Yield Hospitality Assets in Patmore & Cala Natura (Costa Blanca North, Spain)”, to be held as two separate sessions with identical content:
- Brussels — Wednesday 14 October, from 9:00 to 10:00, as a breakfast conference, at the offices of the Chamber (Avenue des Arts 1-2, 9th floor, 1210 Brussels).
- Luxembourg — Thursday 15 October, from 17:30 to 18:30, as a conference hotel Meliá Luxembourg (1 Park Drai Eechelen, Luxembourg).
Both sessions will be held in English. You may select the session you wish to attend on the registration form.
Alicante Global Group will give an exclusive presentation of Patmore Resort and Cala Natura Mediterranean Resort, two five-star hospitality assets located in Costa Blanca North and developed under a professionally managed operating model, with long-term management by leading international operators.
The session will examine how these projects provide access to an income-generating real estate asset, combining capital appreciation potential, operational efficiency, audited projected returns and a fully delegated management structure, designed to remove the complexity usually associated with property ownership.
It will also address the tax advantages associated with this type of asset, the strength of its international operators and the role they can play within a wealth diversification strategy.
Why attend?
- To gain first-hand insight into two five-star hospitality assets in an established Spanish Mediterranean market
- To examine an investment model with delegated management, international operators and audited projected returns
- To assess how this type of asset fits within an international wealth diversification strategy
The event is aimed at private banking professionals, wealth managers, family offices, lawyers specialising in wealth planning, independent financial advisers and private investors interested in international real estate diversification as part of their wealth management strategy.
Each session will conclude with a networking session, offering further opportunities for professional exchange. Places are limited at both sessions and registration is required.
