I am a lawyer with a degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a solid specialisation in taxation and financial accounting. I have completed three master’s degrees in Taxation and Tax Consultancy and Business Management and Legal Consultancy at prestigious institutions such as CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School) and Estudios Universitarios Villanueva. I also have a specialisation in Financial Accounting for Companies.
At a professional level, I have gained experience in law firms with international projection in Spain, being part of the tax departments. In addition, I have worked in a renewable energy Private Equity firm and as a tax consultant for Big Four companies, where I advised clients on large and complex tax issues.
Subsequently, I set out on my own path by founding CSC Group, a professional services consultancy focused on the financial market with presence in Spain, Luxembourg and the UK. In parallel, I have developed other business projects, such as Cross Tech, dedicated to technology development and consultancy, and Cross Real Estate Developers, focused on real estate consultancy.
This combination of specialised training and international experience has allowed me to offer my clients comprehensive solutions in the tax, financial and technological fields.
Our group comprises a number of firms operating in the technology and property sectors, whose partners have over 10 years’ experience in strategic consultancy.
In Luxembourg, CSC GP S.à r.l. carries out, under its authorisation to establish a business, commercial and administrative coordination activities for its clients, centralising relations with authorised Luxembourg professionals who directly provide the reserved services: company domiciliation, through a registered agent authorised in accordance with the Law of 31 May 1999, and accounting and tax compliance, through an independent chartered accountant.
Various companies also operate under our umbrella, such as Sense Living Spaces, which specialises in Luxury Build to Rent and Housing as a Service, enhancing the experience of its residents through a digital services platform, the Sense App.
In addition, we have Cross Tech, a technology platform that provides large companies owning property assets with digital tools to organise and monitor the process of selling their properties, from start to finish, right up to the signing at the notary’s office. It also offers technology consultancy and project development services, and facilitates the arrival of Spanish tech talent in Luxembourg.
With offices in Luxembourg, Madrid and London, our group operates globally thanks to a strong collaborative network and an international outlook.
Our group offers added value in Luxembourg by acting as a strategic bridge between Spain and Luxembourg in the technology and property sectors. Our presence in Madrid, London and Luxembourg enables us to complement the strengths of both countries in an efficient and coordinated manner.
Through Cross Tech, we facilitate the arrival of Spanish tech talent in Luxembourg. This helps to strengthen Luxembourg’s position as a European technology hub, providing advanced technological solutions.
With Sense Living Spaces, a property operator specialising in Luxury Build to Rent and Housing as a Service, we provide a platform for in-home services and city experiences. We not only offer premium accommodation, but also create a digitally connected community that facilitates socio-cultural and professional integration in Luxembourg. This enhances the experience of foreign workers and visitors, helping them to connect meaningfully with their new home, the local community and the city.
Taken together, our group fosters a synergistic relationship between the two countries: Luxembourg attracts technological talent and offers residential properties tailored to international professionals, whilst Spanish talent and companies find in Luxembourg a pathway to international expansion. This comprehensive strategy reinforces sustainable growth and competitiveness in both markets.
As a financial services company, we value the Spanish Financial Forum (SFF) as a key platform for the exchange of information, experiences and collaboration.
We believe that the SFF can act as a hub of influence and business networking, enhancing synergies between professionals linked to Spain, Luxembourg and international markets such as Latin America.
If all members actively participate, the SFF can be a powerful umbrella that facilitates business opportunities, optimises our management and promotes the joint growth of the financial sector in Luxembourg.
