The Chamber publishes the Entrepreneur’s Guidebook in Luxembourg 2026
The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg has published the Entrepreneur’s Guidebook in Luxembourg 2026 (Guía del Emprendedor en Luxemburgo 2026), the seventh edition of this Spanish-language reference for anyone planning to start a business in the Grand Duchy. Produced as part of the EmprendeBelux programme, the guide is available as a free digital download.
Besides reviewing and updating all its content, this edition covers the most relevant legislative changes of the year. These include the reform that, since 2 June 2026, allows founders to defer payment of the minimum share capital of private limited companies (SARL), and an analysis of the tax measures announced for 2027 in the Luxembourg Government’s draft budget, which is still going through Parliament.
The guide keeps its practical approach: it walks readers through choosing a legal form, the steps to set up a company or register as self-employed, and the main tax, social security and accounting obligations. It also includes a directory of local bodies supporting entrepreneurship and the services the Chamber offers to entrepreneurs.
It is also the first edition published since the opening of the Chamber’s office in Luxembourg (7 Avenue John F. Kennedy), which supports Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs looking to set up in the country. For any enquiries, please write to luxemburgo@e-camara.com.
The Chamber is grateful for the support of the House of Entrepreneurship of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, AMA Solutions Fiduciaire, Lalux and LuxTrust, who have made this edition possible.
