Last Wednesday, January 24, the fifth training session within the SFF Learning Solutions organized by the Chamber took place at the Chambre des Métiers of Luxembourg. This edition dealt with the subject of securitization in Luxembourg and its regulation. It was given by Alejandro Domínguez Becerra, Senior Counsel at CMS Luxembourg and José Juan Ocaña Castilla, Senior Associate at CMS Luxembourg.

The two-hour course covered topics such as the differences between securitization in Luxembourg and securitization in the European Union, transparency obligations and tax considerations related to securitization.

At the end of the event, participants enjoyed a networking cocktail that allowed them to exchange ideas and opinions.
