On 27 May, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, together with its partner company Toque Ibérico, held a blind tasting of five Belgian craft beers from the Gansbeek brand.

Attendees were able to sample beers of the Light Blonde, Blonde, Brune, Triple and Triple Bourbon Barrel Aged varieties. Before finding out which beer was which, as the labels were concealed, participants had to comment on various characteristics such as flavour, colour and alcohol content.

Through this initiative, the Chamber encouraged networking and also fostered the creation of business opportunities among attendees. The tasting was led by Luis Ametller, co-founder of Gansbeek Brewing Co and master brewer, and the beers were paired with a selection of Spanish cheeses and cured meats.
