Next Wednesday, 29 April, from 9:00 to 10:00, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is organzing, in collaboration with its member Eversheds Sutherland Luxembourg, an onsite conference on “Fund structuring options for family offices”. The event will take place at the Eversheds Sutherland Luxembourg offices (33 Rue Sainte-Zithe, 2763 Gare Luxembourg).
How can family offices best leverage Luxembourg’s investment fund structures to achieve their wealth management planning objectives? This conference will provide practical insights into the various structuring options available under Luxembourg law, with a particular focus on tax considerations.
Luxembourg offers a diverse range of regulated and unregulated fund vehicles suited to family office needs. Selecting the right structure requires careful consideration of investment strategy, governance preferences, and tax efficiency – factors that are increasingly important as families seek to preserve and grow wealth across generations.
During this conference, speakers from Eversheds Sutherland (Luxembourg) will present the key structuring options available, examine the regulatory and tax frameworks applicable to each, and provide practical guidance on selecting the most appropriate vehicle for different family objectives.
Speakers:
- Codrina Constantinescu, Funds Partner
- Mercedes Pérez Cortejoso, Funds Senior Associate
- Rafael Moll de Alba, Tax Partner
- Myrto Archontaki, Tax Senior Associate
With the participation of Antonio Cuéllar, Tax Partner of Eversheds Sutherland Madrid office, providing a perspective of the Spanish market.
