01/10 Gastronomic dinner with chef Iñigo Urrechu in Luxembourg

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg and INNSiDE by Meliá Luxembourg, in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in Luxembourg, are pleased to invite you to a gastronomic dinner with a menu designed for the occasion by the chef Iñigo Urrechu, head chef in several prestigious restaurants such as Zalacain, the first Spanish restaurant to achieve three Michelin stars.

The menu, which aims to be a tribute to Spanish gastronomy, introducing local Luxembourgish products, will consist of:

  • An appetizer created by Iñigo Urrechu and Ignacio Vigil
  • Spider crab salad, crispy crab and bearnaise sauce
  • Grilled monkfish supreme, mushroom polenta, ratatouille with fine garlic cream
  • Lemon and vodka sorbet
  • Iberian loin ragout with crocanti ear
  • Luxembourg apple in different textures and temperatures.

The meal will be accompanied by a pairing with Spanish wines.

The dinner will take place on 1 October from 19.30 to 21.30 at the INNSiDE by Meliá Luxembourg hotel (12 Rue Henri M. Schnadt).
