On March 11, 2026, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg organised, in collaboration with its member Charles Russell Speechlys, a breakfast conference in Luxembourg entitled “International Mobility for High-Net-Worth Individuals: An Analysis of Tax Regimes in the United Kingdom – Switzerland – Italy”. The event took place at the Hotel Meliá Luxembourg.

David Cordova Flores, partner at Charles Russell Speechlys in Luxembourg, opened the session by welcoming the attendees. This was followed by a rich exchange of reflections and ideas in which Nicola Saccardo, Mark Summers and Frederic Ney, partners in Italy, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, respectively, took part.

During this exclusive session on international mobility and wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals, the speakers addressed, among other topics, the applicable requirements, the benefits and key points of attention, analysing the opportunities that currently make a difference for HNWIs, family offices, and wealth managers.

As they pointed out, in an increasingly mobile global environment, decisions about where to live, invest, and structure wealth are key to maintaining flexibility and efficiency. This session provided practical insights, real-life examples, and the latest trends shaping the future of private wealth in Europe.
