“Company of the Year” Award
In 2013, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, the Board of Directors decided to convene the First Edition of the Company of the Year Award. With this award, the Chamber aims to contribute annually to the Spanish trade promotion and business development in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Latest award
In the most recent edition, in 2024, the Chamber has awarded the engineering and technology industrial group Sener, the first Spanish engineering company registered in Spain, which has approximately 4,000 professionals in five continents, offices in 18 countries and production centers for the aerospace and defense market in Spain and Poland.
Past editions
In the 2023 edition, the Chamber awarded Zabala Innovation‘s mastery in innovation management, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the opening of its offices in Brussels. The consultancy firm has maintained sustained growth since its creation in 1986 and employs more than 470 professionals.
In 2017, the Chamber awarded everis, now NTT DATA in its IV edition, the 2016 Company of the Year Award. The Catalan consulting firm, which operates in the telecommunications, financial institutions, industry, utilities, energy, public administration and healthcare sectors, achieved a turnover of 816 million euros in the last fiscal year.
