Around twenty mentors and mentees took part in the second session of the mentoring among women programme in Luxembourg

On 24 March in Luxembourg, around twenty mentors and mentees took part in the second meeting of the women’s mentoring programme, organised by the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with its benefactor member, Santander Asset Management. The event, part of the “Women Who Inspire” project, aims to promote the professional development of young talent through the exchange of experiences and the creation of networks with women leaders in various sectors.

The event held at the end of March was the second in a series of three meetings. At the first, which served as an introductory session for the women, the mentees were able to learn about the mentors’ career paths, prior to being paired up, during quick and dynamic meetings. On this occasion, with the mentoring pairs already formed, the mentees were able to gain a deeper insight into the mentors’ relevant experiences, explore solutions or approaches to tackling different workplace situations, as well as managing pressure when charting the path towards the set goals.

The next meeting will serve to present the results of this mentoring programme, once the pairs have had several meetings and have worked on the proposed topics.
