The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with its member Ceca Magán Abogados and the law firm Philippe and Partners, is organising a conference on Thursday, 10 September 2026, from 12:00 to 13:30, entitled “M&A Processes in Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg: Similarities and Differences.”
