After more than 30 years leading fund administration and operations at leading asset management firms, I have made the move to the provider side to bring that perspective to RD Sistemas, a leading group in technology and services for the investment industry in Spain and Latin America, and I am now driving its expansion in Luxembourg.

RD Services Luxembourg provides fund administration services for UCITS and alternative investment vehicles from Luxembourg. As an entity authorised by the CSSF, we support fund managers and investors throughout the fund’s operational cycle, from Central Administration and Transfer Agent services to Domiciliation services.

Our key differentiator is combining a distinctly technology-driven DNA with in-depth expertise in fund administration. As the first fund administrator with a Spanish corporate culture established in Luxembourg, we bring together our own proprietary platform — developed over more than 30 years — with a highly specialised team. This combination enables us to offer a more personalised, flexible and innovative service, tailored to the needs of each fund manager.
