What is Tombo Tribe’s philosophy and what services does your company specialize in?

Tombo, which means dragonfly in Japanese, symbolizes courage and victory. Inspired by this symbol, I offer impactful coaching services tailored to individual executives, peer coaching initiatives and comprehensive coaching skills training.

My services include executive leadership coaching, facilitation, inclusive organizational conflict management and cultural transformation, and leadership consulting. I excel at creating tangible, experiential learning programs specifically designed to address the unique needs of leaders and organizations.

What is your conception of coaching? What value do you bring to companies with these services?

My conception of coaching is that it is a transformative and collaborative process that helps people develop awareness and develop their intrapersonal intelligence in order to discover their potential, overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals. Coaching is not about giving answers, but about asking powerful, thought-provoking questions, creating a more colorful mind-set and generating clarity.
