On June 24, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg organized the face-to-face training “Communicating effectively to collaborate better: overcoming misunderstandings and creating connections”, in collaboration with its partner Laura Praden Claessens, coach and trainer.

This interactive session addressed the importance of communication, a key tool for preventing conflicts, improving collaboration and increasing work efficiency. Participants were able to work on key aspects such as identifying the main obstacles to communication, communication profiles based on Carl Jung’s theories, and discovered practical strategies to adjust their communication.

After the conference, attendees enjoyed a networking cocktail.
