Guided visit to the Council of State of Luxembourg

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is pleased to invite you to a guided visit to the Council of State of Luxembourg that will take place next Thursday 25 November 2025.

The President of the Council of State, Marc Thewes will be accompanying us on the visit, and will explain in detail the functions of this institution, how it works and who its members are.

The Luxembourg Council of State is a consultative body of the Executive that advises the government of the Grand Duchy and the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg, providing opinions on draft and proposed laws and on their compliance with the national Constitution. It also has important regulatory and administrative functions.

The Council of State is a building closed to the public generally, which will be opened exceptionally for members of the Chamber on this guided tour.

The tour will be conducted in English. Places are limited.
