Next Tuesday 16th December, from 9.00 to 10.00 a.m., the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is organising a breakfast-debate with the participation of Cristina Lobillo, Director of Energy Security and International Relations at DG ENER, who will speak about “EU energy security and geopolitical context”.
