After graduating in Law and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, I started my career in Luxembourg at Ruiz de Peralta Abogados, where I specialised in legal research and translation of legal documents. Later, at Vistra Luxembourg, I advanced from paralegal to Corporate Counsel, managing from a legal and administrative perspective a diversified portfolio of clients specialised in Private Equity investments, ensuring regulatory compliance, the efficient structuring of their operations and the proper corporate governance of their entities.
Five years ago I joined Aztec Group, initially as a Manager in the Corporate Services Department. I currently hold the position of Senior Business Development Manager, leading the expansion strategy and management of a portfolio of clients in fund administration, corporate services, AIFM and depositary services. My role includes identifying strategic opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients and ensuring a smooth transition in the onboarding process, aligning innovative solutions with industry needs.
