I have more than 20 years of experience in the global mobility, compensation and benefits tax fields. I have had the opportunity to lead consulting and compliance teams in different Big4. I am currently a partner in Personal Tax and head the Global Mobility & People Services practice at KPMG Luxembourg. I advise multinational companies on international tax, social security, remuneration package optimisation and policy management for executives and employees on global mobility.

What is your company currently doing in Luxembourg?

What is your company’s link to Spain?

Spain is a key market for Luxembourg, especially in asset management, where trade and investment relations between the two countries are booming. As part of a global network, KPMG Luxembourg is able to mobilise resources, expertise and strong technological capabilities to meet clients’ needs, offering specialised advice to Spanish companies operating or investing in Luxembourg, as well as to Luxembourg companies with interests in Spain. What added value do you think the Spanish Financial Forum (SFF) can bring to the Luxembourg financial services industry and its professionals?

The Spanish Financial Forum brings great value to the financial services industry in Luxembourg by connecting professionals and companies from Spain and Luxembourg. This forum facilitates the exchange of ideas and experiences, driving innovation in our sector. It also allows us to address specific market challenges, creating a space to discuss regulations, trends and new investment opportunities. This enriches our professional networks and strengthens relationships, promoting the growth of the industry in both countries.
