Sotofermoso

Producers of extra virgin olive oil with a small premium gourmet production. Their oil has been awarded the Silver Medal at the Amsterdam International Olive Oil Competition 2022. The panel of tasters described it as a very balanced, sweet oil with a hint of bitterness.

The production is 100% biodynamic without irrigation, pesticides and fertilizers for 20 years. It is a unique and stable blend of varieties (coupage): Manzanilla Cacereña, Arbequina and Verdial. Its acidity is practically non-existent (0.05%).
