START Consortium meets in Valencia to develop trainings for enterprises’ internationalization

Last 28th of March took place in Valencia, Spain, the Transnational Consortium Meeting of the European project START, an Erasmus+ initiative coordinated by the Chamber.

The aim of the meeting was to present the overview of the project performance achieved until the end of March 2023 and an opportunity for the Consortium to strategize all together on the next months ahead of the programme.

The meeting was held in a hybrid format and made it possible to enhance the creative flow amongst the partners, the creation of proficient links and confirmation an atmosphere of trust that strengthens the quality of deliverables.

START is a 24-month project which aims to improve the internationalization capabilities of SMEs in the retail sector to encourage retailers to develop their business in international markets.

START Partners are currently developing the specific objective 2: Train entrepreneurs, young people, start-ups and decision makers in the retail trade sector aiming to increase their digital literacy on the specific thematic and to facilitate the distance learning process and to optimize the use of e-commerce technologies in order to further develop small retail businesses.

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is responsible for the coordination of this initiative founded by the European Union.
