Informative conference held on “Starting a business in Luxembourg with €1 of capital: practical guide and support for entrepreneurship”
On September 9, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg organized an informative conference on “Starting a business in Luxembourg with €1 of capital: a practical guide and support for entrepreneurship.” This conference was aimed at people interested in starting a business in the Grand Duchy, as well as entrepreneurs seeking to better understand the resources available to promote their projects.
The event featured Maria Catalán, founder and managing director of Planinlux, who gave a practical presentation on how to set up a company in Luxembourg with a minimum share capital of just €1, through the Société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée (Sàrl-S). In addition, the main public aid, support programs, and financing mechanisms currently available to entrepreneurs, including grants, were presented.
For its part, the Chamber presented the EmprendeBeLux entrepreneurship support programs and the European Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) and TEX4.0 programs.
The information session was followed by a networking cocktail reception.
