On 13 December from 8:30 to 10:30, the Chamber is launching a new on-site training course: “Transforming the functioning of your hybrid team thanks to Emotional Engineering”, in collaboration with our EmprendeBeLux member, Izaskun Bernal.
The world is changing at a dizzying pace, and Covid has only served as a catalyst to (re)discover the need to value people in organisations, the structural problems that had not been tackled at their roots in the past and now need to be resolved urgently, and the existence of new demands in the internal functioning of teams and organisations.
Through a dynamic and practical workshop, coach Izaskun Bernal will introduce you to emotional engineering applied to (hybrid) team management. An innovative and proven method that combines team objectives such as productivity, efficiency and performance with the management of employee well-being as part of a whole within the organisation.
Through a new approach, the course will allow you to: delve deeper into organisational and human behaviour, better understand the mental and emotional state of people at work, and analyse the main needs and dysfunctions of your team.
Finally, Bernal will teach you a new practical tool in keeping with the current times to transform the way your team works!
The training will be held in English at the Chamber’s premises (Rue Belliard 20, 1).
