Next Thursday 24th October, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is organising a luncheon-debate in the framework of its Business Circle tribune with the participation of Federico Torres Muro, Ambassador Permanent Representative of Spain to NATO.
