This is a highly practical programme, designed for professionals seeking short-term results, moving away from abstract theory. It is aimed at corporate profiles (management, communication, marketing, operations, sales, consulting or analysis) who already work with artificial intelligence in their daily activities and wish to learn how to use it with sound judgement, a clear methodology and quality control.
The training is structured into two online sessions of two and a half hours each and combines the key fundamentals of generative AI with strategic prompting and real-world use cases applicable to professional environments. Participants will learn what AI can and cannot do in professional contexts, how to work with ChatGPT in a structured and secure manner, and how to design reusable prompts aligned with specific objectives.
The methodology is practical and guided, with demonstrations, step-by-step exercises and collaborative work. In addition, participants will receive prompt templates, case sheets and quality checklists for future use.
The programme will be delivered by Marina Lanckmans and Xavier Lamote de Grignon, partner-consultants at AION4U, with more than 20 years of experience in strategy, operations and business transformation, and a solid track record in AI applied to business. The ultimate goal is to reduce trial and error and achieve a consistent, professional and effective use of artificial intelligence in everyday work.
