On the 6 and 7 October the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg celebrated the fourth edition of the workshop on Social Media Management in European Projects and Business.
The aim of the workshop, given by the communication and digital marketing expert Philippe Schifflers, was to boost the visibility of companies in social media.
During this two-day workshop, different topics related to companies and social networks were covered. The lecturer talked about the figure of the community manager in a company and explained the different tools at its disposal, such as Hootsuite o the graphic editor Canva. In such way, the attendees received advice about how to increase the engagement of the public in social media.
The workshop was developed in a participatory and dynamic environment in which the participants could expose their doubts and comments about Schiffler’s explanations.
