On December 2, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with The Cortador Academy – the first school in Benelux to learn professionally how to cut ham -, invites you to the first workshop of professional ham cutting. The training will be carried out under the direction of Maestro Cortador José Cristóbal Álvarez García, who obtained his renowned diploma in the Spanish school “Escuela Internacional de Cortadores de Jamón”.
The course is aimed at professionals in the HORECA sector who wish to deepen their interest in the art of cutting and Iberian ham. The aim of the workshop is to provide the main bases for professionally cutting the ham to bone. Moreover, this training is the first stage to obtain the diploma of “Cortador”.
The course will be held in French and Dutch.
