It all started when I got a scholarship to come and work in an architectural firm in Luxembourg due to the crisis of 2008-2010 (the first of many that we had to live through…), which had a strong impact on the construction sector, especially in Spain. After several years working for Luxembourgish architectural firms, I decided to found my own office in 2014. To date, after more than 100 completed projects, it is undoubtedly one of the most enriching experiences of my life.

Dlinea Architecture & Design is an architectural studio oriented to the realization of all types of projects: interior design projects, housing projects (single-family houses, residences, etc…), commercial premises (offices, hotels, etc…), vertical cadastre, etc. In addition, to complete our service, we advise people who wish to purchase a property, analysing the current construction situation.

Without a doubt, our customer service. Through experience, we are aware that in the construction sector most companies neglect this aspect. An architectural project is always linked to an important investment of money, without forgetting all the administrative processes. This situation, together with the lack of knowledge of the environment, leads to a lot of stress for the client. That is why it is essential for us to involve them in the project.

Our collaboration with members of the Chamber of Commerce is especially oriented towards advising on administrative and constructive processes of future sales/purchases of real estate, as well as all types of intervention on private homes or residences and commercial premises or offices on a professional level. Besides that, on 29th November, I will give a conference on the Luxembourg real estate market in collaboration with the Chamber and the Spanish Cultural Circle Antonio Machado.
