Soft Improve Consortium meets in Madrid to develop soft skills trainings
Last 1st and 2nd of March took place in Madrid, Spain, the Transnational Consortium Meeting of the European project Soft Improve, an Erasmus+ initiative coordinated by the Chamber.
The aim of the meeting was to present the overview of the project performance achieved until March 2023 and an opportunity for the Consortium to strategize all together on the next months ahead of the programme.
The meeting was held in a hybrid format and made it possible to enhance the creative flow amongst the partners, the creation of proficient links and confirmation an atmosphere of trust that strengthens the quality of deliverables.
Soft Improve is a 36-month project which aims to provide employed and unemployed professionals as well as aspiring and confirmed entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge and practice of soft skills to enhance their employability, career prospects or increase their chance of success as entrepreneurs.
Soft Improve project partners recognize the importance to provide professionals with the necessary framework of skills that are required in the actual job market such as emotional intelligence, Problem Solving, teamwork and system thinking.
The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is responsible for the coordination of this initiative founded by the European Union.
