In order to deepen its commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, the Chamber is about to launch the Women Who Inspire initiative.

It is a project that seeks to respond to the requests of our members, who demand an increase in the promotion and visibility of female talent among the Chamber’s network of contacts.

This pioneering initiative, the first of its kind in Spanish in Luxembourg, seeks to strengthen the leadership of women, recognizing and connecting the talent of Spanish professionals working in the Grand Duchy. The initiative will be open to all sectors of activity.

Women Who Inspire: Luxembourg will be translated into a series of activities that will focus on the challenges and difficulties that women face in their professional careers from a gender perspective, through testimonials from renowned women, networking activities, workshops, etc.

Among the objectives of the initiative, it seeks to provide examples that can inspire young women who are currently starting their careers or women who have gone through similar challenges. It also seeks to create a space for reflection on the role of women in future issues such as the ecological and digital transition.
