The solidarity dinner to help the victims of the floods in Valencia raises more than 14,000 euros in Luxembourg
On 4 December, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, together with the Spanish Embassy in Luxembourg and Meliá Luxembourg, organised a solidarity dinner to help those affected by the Dana in Valencia.
The 300 people who attended contributed with their tickets to raise funds for Cáritas Valencia and, in return, were able to enjoy an evening of paella and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
Thanks to the participants and sponsors of the event, a total amount of 14,099 euros was raised, which will be donated in its entirety to Caritas Valencia to continue its aid work in the municipalities most affected by the floods.
