The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is an active partner in European and international project consortia, acting both as a project coordinator and as an implementing partner in initiatives funded by various donors (for example, co-funded by the European Commission. It has extensive expertise in organizing high-level events, leading communication and visibility activities, and facilitating EU institutional study visits for stakeholders.

Andrea Galante, who heads the Chamber’s Project Management Department, also serves as a Senior Expert in multiple international cooperation projects, with a specialization in EuropeAid and PRAG procedures. Her areas of expertise include Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL), Results-Based Management (RBM), Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Project Monitoring & Implementation (PMI), as well as the organization of EU institutional study visits. She is multilingual, working fluently in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French.
