12/02 Online Q&A Session: “PEPPOL: Mandatory Electronic Invoicing Comes to Belgium”
On Thursday, 12 February, from 12:00 to 13:00, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with its member company Yves Ulysse Souris & Partners, is organising an online questions and answers session on mandatory electronic invoicing via the PEPPOL network.
Since 1 January 2026, all companies established in Belgium and subject to VAT are required to issue and receive electronic invoices through the PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) network.
During this session, participants will have the opportunity to clarify practical questions regarding the implementation of the regulation and to learn, with guidance from experts, how to adapt efficiently to this new legal framework.
The session will be led by Yves Ulysse Souris & Partners, a firm specialised in accounting and tax advisory services, which will share its experience supporting companies in Belgium in the implementation of electronic invoicing.
The event will be held online and in Spanish.
Assistance is free of charge, with mandatory registration, and can be done via the following link:
