On 23^rd and 24^th January, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg organised an onsite training on “AI to improve business productivity”, in collaboration with Communication Package.

This training enabled department heads, association representatives and SME owners to optimise their internal processes through generative Artificial Intelligence, with the aim of improving productivity, reducing costs and increasing business profits.

AI is proving to be a transformative tool that is changing the way organisations operate, trivialising repetitive tasks and rendering many of the traditional ways of operating obsolete. Through this training, participants gained a better understanding of how to adapt to these new times and to embrace the use of this innovative technology early on, to avoid being left behind.
