SFF Learning Solutions: Principles of international taxation and fund structuring in Luxembourg took place

Last Tuesday, 13th June the Training on Principles of international taxation and fund structuring in Luxembourg  was held. The fourth training from the SFF Learning Solutions sessions gave an introduction to international taxation with a special focus on the Luxembourg alternative investment fund structuring. It took place at the Chambre des Métiers in Luxembourg and it was taught by Diego González Manso, Associate and Eduardo Trancho Olabarri, Partner in at Van Campen Liem.

The two-hour course covered among its topics the Double Tax Problem, EU Anti-Avoidance Rules and Luxembourg Investment Vehicles & Fund Structuring.

At the end of the event, participants were able to enjoy a networking cocktail that allowed them to exchange ideas and opinions.
