Shortly describe your professional career.
Holder of a degree in law with a Master in international tax and accounting, I am an accounting and financial services professional with over eleven years’ experience.
Before joining Intertrust Luxembourg in 2013, I spent the majority of his professional career with Big 4 audit firms. I gained extensive experience as an external auditor and as an accounting and financial advisor and was responsible for a team focused on transactions for holding and operational companies in Luxembourg.
I currently hold the position of Business Unit Director and head a team of approximately 25 legal and financial professionals dedicated to the Southern European & Latin American markets. My client portfolio consists of large corporate clients, multinationals and private equity funds.
I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) association and am a lecturer of the International Tax Master for the law firm Garrigues in Madrid, Spain. And, finally, I am a native Spanish speaker, also fluent in English and French.
Which activity does your company currently develop in Luxembourg?
Established in Luxembourg since 1955, our local office is proud to have more than 550 skilled professionals, more than 60 nationalities, on hand to provide a full range of fund, corporate, capital markets and private wealth services.
We provide a wide range of expert administrative services, helping our clients to manage their corporate structures, investment funds and finance transactions.
What link does your company maintain with Spain?
Being one Luxembourg’s largest Funds and Corporate services provider, we consider Spain to be a key interesting market, where we also have an office of more than 100 people.
We also have a dedicated team in Luxembourg where clients from Spain are serviced by qualified native Spanish speakers.
What services can you offer to other members of the Chamber?
We provide a wide range of corporate and funds services which are complementary to the ones provided by other members of the chamber. Therefore there are opportunities to either work together directly or together with mutual clients.
