WLead concludes its research phase with a focus group among women
On November 22nd, the Chamber organized a focus group between women in the framework of the European project WLead, Improving Skills for Women’s Leadership.
WLead is an initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union that aims to foster the upskilling and reskilling of women entrepreneurs, employed or unemployed seeking to boost their professional career.
During the session, women of different nationalities, ages and profiles had the opportunity to discover the situation of the Belgian labor and entrepreneurial market, share their professional experiences, analyze the female leadership style, and define key skills and tools for further professional development.
In this way, the research phase of the project is concluded, giving way to the development of training materials that will be put into practice through free training seminars and mentoring sessions throughout 2024.
