What is the mission of PIA Group?

PIA Group’s mission is to provide maximum accounting and advisory support to enterprises with a focus on family-owned businesses at every stage of their growth journey. We do this through local offices with office partners who are entrepreneurs themselves. You will be working with professionals who truly understand your entrepreneurial drive, the economic context and your daily reality. This ensures you receive personalised service and advice that is relevant, practical and forward-looking.

Our role is to stand alongside entrepreneurs in defining moments, whether it concerns succession, investment, growth or continuity. We see ourselves not just as accountants and advisors, but as committed partners who share responsibility for sustainable value creation. Whether an entrepreneur turns to us in Belgium, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands, they can rely on a personal and high-quality service built on long-term relationships and mutual trust.

How would you describe PIA Group’s approach to serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and what sets your advisory services apart in the market?

PIA Group combines strong local anchoring with the strength of an international group. Each office joining the group preserves its own DNA and entrepreneurial culture, ensuring that SMEs work with accountants and advisors who truly understand their sector, region, and challenges.

At the same time, our clients benefit from a broader ecosystem. Within the group, we bring together sector and niche specialists across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Our offices collaborate closely, combining expertise whenever needed so that entrepreneurs always have access to the right knowledge.

What sets us apart is the combination of personal guidance and integrated services. We operate as a true one-stop shop: from accounting and tax to corporate finance, legal, and strategic advisory.

Through our international HLB network, we also support cross-border ambitions and serve as a bridge between the Benelux and Spain for businesses looking to grow internationally.

PIA Group has expanded significantly in recent years, both in Belgium and the Benelux region. Could you share how this growth aligns with your strategic priorities and benefits your clients?

As a client, you directly benefit from PIA Group’s strong growth in Belgium and across the Benelux. That growth enables us to combine the proximity of your local office with the strength and resources of a larger organization.

For you, this translates into higher quality, greater efficiency and access to broader expertise. Our continued investment in technology and digital innovation ensures that your accounting and reporting are accurate, up to date, and fully transparent. With modern digital tools and a robust IT environment, collaboration with your local office becomes smoother and more efficient. Providing real-time insights that support better decision-making.

At the same time, our growth strengthens central support services, allowing local offices to focus even more on you and your specific needs. Because of our scale, we attract top talent and continuously expand our specialized expertise. This means you have access to the right knowledge and experience, even for complex challenges.

Our growth does not create distance. On the contrary, it creates advantage for you. You benefit from the strength and breadth of a larger organization, combined with the personal, tailored approach of a trusted accountant and advisor who understands your business.

You have recently decided to become sponsor members of the Chamber. What do you hope to gain from your membership?

The Benelux, and Brussels in particular, is an important crossroads for international trade and investment. As a gateway to Europe, our region offers a strong foundation for businesses with cross-border ambitions.

Today, we already support several Spanish companies active in Belgium, while also assisting companies from our region with activities or plans in Spain. This two-way dynamic naturally positions us as a bridge between our markets.

By becoming a sponsor member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, we aim to further strengthen this cooperation. We look forward to deepening our relationships with Spanish entrepreneurs, sharing expertise, and actively contributing to stronger economic collaboration within Europe.
