The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with Agoria (BSDI), is organising a speed networking event entitled “Spain-Belgium Business Meeting for the Security and Defence Industry” on Wednesday 16 September, from 10.00 to 13.15, which will take place at Agoria’s offices in Diegem (Amber Building, Hermeslaan 7, 1831).

The event aims to bring together a select group of Spanish and Belgian companies operating in the security and defence sector, with the aim of fostering high-value business relationships. To ensure the event’s direct focus, bilateral meetings are reserved exclusively for internal representatives and staff of the participating security and defence companies.

The programme will consist of one-to-one meetings lasting between 7 and 10 minutes, allowing participants to network with representatives from Belgian companies in the security and defence industry.

Participation is limited to 40 companies from the security and defence sector (20 from each country) to ensure the quality of interactions. Meetings will be pre-arranged based on the information provided during registration. Acceptance of registrations is subject to final approval by the organisers.

The event will conclude with a light networking lunch, offering further opportunities for professional exchange.
