Fiscalift is an agency specialized in accounting and taxation. We specialize in the banking, insurance, liberal professions, IT, healthcare and non-profit sectors.
The services we offer range from the incorporation of the company (including the financial plan, the corporate purpose, the drafting of the articles of association), through the management of financial information and its presentation to the various administrative bodies of legal entities to the dissolution of these structures.
Fiscalift works in close collaboration with the representative bodies of its clients.
Our strengths are the proximity, friendliness and know-how that is characterized by the experience present in his office that has 40 years of professional experience.
Fiscalift was a pioneer in digitalization, bringing a certain added value to the treatment of financial information of its clients and not just any dealership.
For example, the vast majority of the competition has resorted to SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, while our administrator remains the owner of the software. This gives us a certain reliability compared to the proliferation of SaaS products.
The complexity of the profession in the face of the cannibalization of tax, environmental, etc. regulations forces us to work with specialists according to the issues involved. To provide a precise response, Fiscalift can rely on a network of recognized experts in all sectors.
This is a real challenge that the vast majority of accounting firms face.
As with standards, we are witnessing a cannibalization of software solutions for process automation. They are targeted at very specific sectors.
For the accounting firm, it must be prepared to be able to offer a digital information processing solution based on the solution used by the client.
This expectation sometimes raises compatibility problems between different solutions where the API (application programming interface) is sometimes not available.
One of the answers that can be given is electronic invoicing. The latter will be mandatory as of December 31, 2025 for all B2B (Business to Business) relationships.
As with all progress, this change in habits has both positive and negative aspects. For example, with electronic invoicing, accounting processing should be faster. With this system, we are gradually reaching real-time accounting.
However, for accounting to be done in real time, the company must already have the necessary software in house, which is not always the case and often varies depending on the size of the company.
On the other hand, in an increasingly dehumanized relationship with the tax administration, digitalization will only accentuate the persistent problem that is increasingly criticized by our representative bodies. For example, as of January 1, 2025, in the event that the VAT return is not delivered, the central administration will automatically offer the so-called substitute VAT return.
The taxpayer will then have 1 month to dispute it. In case there is no dispute, it will be final. Please note that the replacement return will automatically include a minimum amount to be paid of 2,100.00 euros, even in the presence of a VAT credit in favor of the customer.
Thus, digitalization reduces the exchanges between the tax administration and the taxpayer. Then, starting from a principle where each situation is different, they must be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. This will no longer be possible with the automation of processes that we are witnessing.
The three main challenges our office will undoubtedly face will be:
- Digitization
- Learning about new standards
- Recruitment.
Digitalization, a much talked about topic, is a major challenge, both now and in the future. New standards are constantly emerging.
Considering the already time-consuming administrative work in our industry and fulfilling our obligations to our customers, we must constantly free up time for learning and implementation.
Our office is always in a growth phase. In order to enable us to maintain the service we offer our clients, we are always looking for talent.
Since our profession is a scarce one, this requires additional investment to find the rare pearl.
First of all, Fiscalift addresses the international Spanish client through its founder’s attachment to his origins.
When contacting our office, the client is offered a local and tailor-made service. For us, the client is not a number and, contrary to the dehumanization of the services we witness, we wish to maintain the privileged contact we have with our current and future clients.
Fiscalift offers all the services that a legal entity, member of the chamber can expect from a mission of expertise in accounting and taxation.
