Successful gastronomic dinner with chef Iñigo Urrechu in Luxembourg

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg and INNSiDE by Meliá Luxembourg, in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in Luxembourg, successfully organised a gastronomic dinner on Wednesday, 1 October, with a menu designed for the occasion by chef Iñigo Urrechu, head chef at several renowned restaurants such as Zalacain, the first Spanish restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars.

The menu was a tribute to Spanish cuisine, using local Luxembourgish products, and the meal was accompanied by a pairing of Spanish wines.

Among the guests were the Spanish Ambassador to Luxembourg, Nieves Blanco, and the President of the European Investment Bank, Nadia Calviño. The Chamber was represented by its President, Pablo López Álvarez, and its Vice-President for Luxembourg, Joseba Arriortua.
