Next Wednesday, 25 February, from 12:30 to 13:45, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with its member IE University, will organize a Masterclass on “Entrepreneurship through Acquisition: The Fastest Growing Trend in Finance”. The event will take place at the Chamber’s offices (Avenue des Arts 1-2, 9th, 1210 Brussels, Belgium).
Across Europe, a silent revolution is reshaping the landscape of Entrepreneurship and Investments. While Startups continue to capture headlines, a growing number of ambitious professionals and sophisticated investors are turning to Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (EtA), a pragmatic, proven, and high-return model that bridges Private Equity and Entrepreneurship.
In this masterclass, participants will be able to learn the fundamentals and global evolution of the Search Fund model, as well as why it has become one of the most compelling trends for those seeking to own and grow established, profitable companies. The event will give the keys to learn how to identify, evaluate, and acquire companies through the EtA model, gain insights into the risk-return profile of Search Fund opportunities, and connect with like-minded professionals and investors shaping the next generation of European entrepreneurship.
The event will be led by IE Prof. Newton M. Campos, PhD, international expert in entrepreneurial finance and Founding Partner at Newton Equity Partners.
During the Masterclass a light lunch will be served.
