With the aim of promoting professional networking among its network of contacts, the Chamber and Europadel are organizing an intermediate level paddle tennis tournament next Saturday 8th March at 9:00 am at Sport4Lux (34, Rue Gabriel Lippmann – 5365 Luxembourg).

The tournament will start with a group stage format, ensuring that each team will play a minimum of three matches. Subsequently, the semi-finals and final will be played.

Each participant will receive a sports T-shirt and will be entered into a draw to win a basket of Spanish food products. After the tournament, there will be a networking lunch and a prize-giving ceremony.

Next Tuesday 11th March, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg is organising a luncheon-debate in the framework of its Business Circle tribune with the participation of Diego Canga, Deputy Director-General for Agriculture and Rural Development at the European Commission, who will speak about “Feeding the Future: Sustainable Agriculture and Food Vision”.

The event will take place in Brussels in the Hotel NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon (Rue Bodenbroek 2).

On 12^th March and 13^th March, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg will organise an online training on “Advanced AI for EU Advocacy”, in collaboration with Sebastián Rodríguez Pérez, campaign consultant and founder of European Campaign Playbook.

This course is designed to equip small EU affairs teams with actionable AI skills. The participants will leave with practical knowledge that can be applied immediately to improve their work as a public affairs professional.

The programme is aimed at public affairs specialists, trade associations, and lobbyists operating in the EU policy landscape.

This module focuses on advanced AI strategies and tools to improve your advocacy efforts, streamline stakeholder communications, and improve your policy monitoring and analysis.

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Belgium and Luxembourg in Spain, is organising a networking cocktail in Madrid exclusively for members of both Chambers on Thursday March 20th from 19:00.

This special occasion will bring together professionals from the Spanish-Belgian and Luxembourgish business community in Spain, representatives of both Chambers of Commerce and other key players in business development in Madrid.

The event will be attended by the Ambassador of Belgium in Spain, Mr. Didier Nagant de Deuxchaisnes, who will welcome the attendees at the Residence of the Ambassador of Belgium in Spain (C. de Padilla, 23, 28006, Madrid) between 19:00 and 20:30.

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg will organise a cocktail among members on 26 March between 18:30 and 20:00 at the Innside by Meliá Hotel (12 Rue Henri I M. Schadt, 2530 Luxembourg) on the occasion of the launch event of the initiative ‘Women who inspire’, female leadership to make a difference in Luxembourg. This initiative, focused on sectors of all types, but especially the financial sector, aims to strengthen women’s leadership, recognising and connecting the talent of Spanish-speaking professionals who develop their careers in the Grand Duchy.

During the cocktail, success stories of professionals who can inspire other women will be presented and there will be a series of dynamics that will allow all participants to interact.
